Shipping
Where?
We are based in Gouda, South Holland, and we currently ship to all countries of the European Union.
We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order: It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate.
We are unable to delivery to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses. This is to ensure the undamaged delivery of your order. We also provide a pickup service and a local delivery service.
When?
We make every effort to ship the goods within 2 days after the placement of the order.
The delivery usually takes about 2-5 working days to arrive to any destination in the Netherlands and outside the Netherlands it should arrive within 3-10 working days from shipping date.
If there is going to be a delay beyond this you will always be e-mailed with the reason and a schedule. If after 10 days you haven't receive your order please contact us.
If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
How?
After placing your order you can choose between
Pickup You can pickup your order directly from our atelier in Gouda, Netherlands. Your order is usually ready for you to pick up in 24 hours.
Local delivery We offer a fully electric local delivery
Shipping with POST NL, Homerr or DHL for orders in the Netherlands or Post NL for orders outside the Netherlands. For more information over the shipping service please check the websites of the provider.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section.
We are also unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, if you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of duties and taxes therefore you will be liable for import duties in the usual way. Your local customs office should be able to help you.
