• Where?

We are based in Gouda, South Holland, and we currently ship to all countries all over the world.

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order: It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate.

We are unable to delivery to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses and temporary residence addresses. This is to ensure the undamaged delivery of your order, all our orders require a signature for delivery. 

We currently do not provide a click and collect service.

We offer Free delivery to all Netherlands orders.

• When?

We make every effort to ship the goods within 3 days after the placement of the order.

The delivery usually takes about 2-5 working days to arrive to any destination in the Netherlands and outside the Netherlands it should arrive within 3-10 working days from shipping date.  

If there is going to be a delay beyond this you will always be e-mailed with the reason and a schedule. If after 10 days you haven't receive your order please contact us.

If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

• How?

For security purposes, all our deliveries require a signature, so you’ll need to make sure there will be someone at the delivery address. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient day and time.

Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section.

We are also unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, if you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.

Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of duties and taxes therefore you will be liable for import duties in the usual way. Your local customs office should be able to help you.

•Tracking

We provide a tracking number and it will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched so that you can check on the status of your parcel anytime and make sure to be available to receiving it.
If you have not received this email, to check on the status of an order or verify shipment please contact us to request an update giving us your order number and your details.
