By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions.
"We," "our," "us" refers to CIRCLE OF DOTS.
"You," "your" refers to the user or customer accessing our website and services.
CIRCLE OF DOTS offers a range of jewelry products for sale through our website.
We also offer additional services such as bespoke jewelry design or repair services, which are be subject to additional terms and conditions.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to pay the full amount specified for the products or services ordered, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.
Payments are processed securely through our chosen payment gateway.
All orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders at our discretion.
Where?
We currently ship to Belgium, France, Germany, Italy and The Netherlands. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order: It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you give us is correct and accurate.
We are unable to delivery to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses. This is to ensure the undamaged delivery of your order. We also provide a pickup service and a local delivery service.
When?
We make every effort to ship the goods within 2 days after the placement of the order.
The delivery usually takes about 2-5 working days to arrive to any destination.
If there is going to be a delay beyond this you will always be e-mailed with the reason and a schedule. If after 10 days you haven't receive your order please contact us.
If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery to you for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.
How?
After placing your order you will receive the tracking number by email. For more information over the shipping service please check the website of the provider.
Once an order has been placed we are unable to make any changes or cancel your orders. You can return your order once you have received it, please find further details in our Return Section.
We are also unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, if you wish to redirect your parcel, please contact the courier company with your order directly.
Unfortunately, we do not cover the cost of duties and taxes therefore you will be liable for import duties in the usual way. Your local customs office should be able to help you.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, please first contact us.
We are only able to accept returns if they are sent back unworn and in their original packaging within 30 days from the delivery date. We are unable to accept returns on personalized items.
Refunds will be made within five working days of receipt of the returned goods. Your bank may take up to ten working days to credit your account. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Please note shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
Please note that :
Items must be sent back within 30 days from the date you received the item(s).
You must contact and notify us BEFORE shipping anything back to us.
Please note that unidentified returns will be returned to the sender and will not be refunded.
We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for personalized and items made to your specification.
Returned items must be in their original packaging, in the condition in which you received them.
We only accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations and without signs of tear.
We will not accept returns of any items that have been worn, this is for hygienic reasons.
Earrings can't be returned, this is for hygienic reasons.
Shipping costs are not refunded unless items are faulty.
We cannot accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit. Please retain the tracking number in case there is any issue.
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or stolen in transit if they are not sent via a reliable and trackable shipping courier.
Any item returned after the given time period will only be refunded at our discretion.
To return items from overseas, we would strongly recommend that you use a secure trackable courier service to return your items to us, we cannot be held responsible for any items which do not reach us so it is advisable that you use a trackable service.
Please note that international customs duties and taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the EU.
